You may blame it on the ides of March or the barmy summer, but the point is that I do not feel like blogging anymore.  200 odd posts, a few readers, some comments and a little appreciation later, I feel that it is time.  Time to move on. To what? Where to? That I don’t know. Hopefully I shall strive not to be ‘perpetually’ in a quandary.

I rarely do anything on which my heart is not set and what I do not enjoy.  Wise and successful (in the eyes of the world) people may term me a drifter and there may be some truth to it, but I think I like to live different experiences.

I actually wrote out a big ‘Thank-you’ note to my hubby, all my friends ex-colleagues, my fellow bloggers, and to the nameless, faceless readers who regularly ‘hit’ my page. But then I remembered that the best “thank-you’ speeches are the ones that are either short or animated.  So now that I have been crisp with the thank yous, I request everyone to imagine me doing a Roberto Benigni, while collecting his Oscar for the Best Foreign Film.

Needless to mention that I’m feeling jubiliant post our team’s victory. But don’t know if anyone else felt so, I did feel a little sorry for the Pak team at the end of it all. They did play very well, apart from the shoddy fielding. And I think I must have been dreaming….Shahid Afridi was being gracious, almost gentlemanly! I loved his post match speech. So I guess, I’ll forgive all his past sins (ball tampering, pitch doctoring, gaali galoch etc) 

And the match went off without the usual rowdy and pedestrian behaviour that we see in Indo-Pak matches. Kudos to good cricket!

Not for an anniversary, not for a birthday. Heck not even when I fall sick.

Neha, Anisha, Pooja, Mini, Suman, Anjali are all shy and traditional girls (their own description), who want to marry a Hindu boy from a joint family but haven’t found him yet. They had all given up hope till they came across this site which I’m supposed to click and find the love of my life, who they are sure will be a Hindu boy from a joint family.

I’m sure all of us shy and traditional girls wil have a great time over dinner discussing Hindu boys from joint Hindu families. What fun! Can hardly wait to meet them.

And all you people who haven’t been very friendly with me, renew your ties. I’m going to be one rich gal soon. If everything goes as per Mr. William Smith’s and Mr Cooper Hort’s plans, I’m gonna get around $2,500,000.00.

Hope I’m able to help the poor fellow. Else he will turn like the poor prince Hamlet, who’s always troubled by daddy dearest’s apparitions.

And then there is further good news. British Petroleum, IBM, and Microsoft are in a crazy rush to hire me. Ah, but I’m smart. I will negotiate and renegotiate wilth all of them, untill they pay me really well. After all, I have such rare skills. Trust only these big corporations to have gauged my true worth.
